Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos S6802 won’t going to see official Android 4.2 Jelly Bean ever due to its hardware specification but the latest Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean update is now possible for Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos S6802 although not officially.
Read the following instructions carefully while updating your Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos S6802 to Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean. Please note that each and every step mentioned in this article is important.

I. Before You Begin:
1. The following procedure works for Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos S6802 smartphones.
2. Make sure your device have at least 80% battery power.
3. You must have ClockworkMod Recovery installed on your device.
4. Make sure USB Debugging is enabled
II. Downloading Required Files:
1. Jelly Bean 4.2.1 ROM for Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos S6802
[Filename: cm-10.1-20121231-UNOFFICIAL-cooper.zip]
2. Google Apps [Filename: gapps-jb-20121017-KonstaKANG.zip]
III. Install Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean ROM on Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos S6802:
1. Connect your phone to PC using USB cable.
2. Copy downloaded files to the SD card of your phone.
3. Disconnect USB
4. Turn off your phone
5. Boot into recovery by pressing and holding Volume Down, Home and Power buttons
6. Wipe the Data and Dalvic Cache or you might brick your device afterwards
7. Select install zip from sdcard, then select choose zip from sdcard. (Locate the Jelly Bean 4.2 Rom .zip file) and select it by pressing Power button.
8. Once the ROM installation process end, repeat the step 7 but choose Google apps instead of ROM zip to install the Google apps package.
9. When installation is completed, go back to the main recovery menu and select reboot system now to reboot the phone and boot up into customized Android 4.2.1 ROM

But now I get an error “Status7″ while Jelly Bean installation.
Any solution?
yes follow instructions on this link and remove asserts part lines at the starting and at the end of the specified file and go a head..

i had error at this line

You have to erase those 3 lines, and search at nearly the bottom of the file there are 3 similar lines, erase those too and you are good to go.

note: cwm for 6802 is not permanent means u have to keep it in sd card and load from it , it dnt ket install just open wen we need

But Jelly Bean do not install, an Status7 error occurs.
Maybe we still have to wait for a working Jelly bean for 6802.
I have failed trying to install CWMR first, by using the above link for CWMR for Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus.
Maybe CWMR shall be different for 6802, but i cant find it anywhere.
Can you please detail a little bit about CWMR files and installation method for 6802?

It is clearly mentioned that I must have ClockworkMod Recovery installed on my device.
By using the method posted on http://mobotechie.com/tag/clockworkmod, I have received an error from ODIN, a big FAILED.
I dont know the reason, I did everything step by step according to CWMR installation tutorial.
Any advice for installation of CWM on 6802?
Shall I use different version of ODIN than Odin 3 v185?
I installed it on my ace duos s6802 n working fine.
You will have to load from the native recovery everytime to use cwm recovery.
